Physical Products (Hair Systems & Professional Products)
Due to hygiene and custom nature:
• Opened, worn, fitted, altered, or used hair systems are non-refundable
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
To request a return, please contact us before sending any items back.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
If approved, we will offer:

Once a digital product has been:
• Downloaded
• Accessed
• Or emailed
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be offered.

• Course fees are non-refundable once a place is confirmed
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Course dates may be rescheduled at our discretion
Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course.
We do not guarantee specific results, income, or client success following training.

Trade and professional-use items are sold on a business-to-business basis.
Refunds for trade purchases are subject to approval and must meet all return conditions.
