1. About Us



Crown Lab operates within the hair and beauty industry, specialising in men’s hair systems, professional products, education, and accredited training. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.





2. Products & Services



We sell:


  • Physical hair systems and professional hair products
  • Digital products (including e-books, manuals, and downloads)
  • Education and training courses (in-person and digital)



Some products are professional-use only and require trade approval.





3. Trade Accounts



Trade pricing is only available to approved professionals.

We reserve the right to:


  • Request proof of qualification or business details
  • Approve or decline trade accounts at our discretion
  • Revoke trade access if misuse is identified



Trade pricing must not be shared or resold.





4. Orders & Payment



  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order



Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be amended.





5. Shipping & Delivery



  • Dispatch times are provided as estimates
  • We are not responsible for courier delays outside our control
  • Risk passes to the customer once goods are delivered



Incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.





6. Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)



Due to the nature of hair systems and hygiene standards:


  • Opened or worn hair systems are non-refundable
  • Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery



Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.





7. Digital Products



All digital products are non-refundable.


Once a digital product has been:


  • Downloaded
  • Accessed
  • Or emailed



No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be offered.





8. Training & Courses



  • Course fees are non-refundable once a place is confirmed
  • Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion
  • Certificates are issued only upon successful completion



We do not guarantee specific results, income, or client outcomes following training.





9. Intellectual Property



All content, including:


  • Training materials
  • Manuals
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Branding



Is the property of Crown Lab and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.





10. Professional Responsibility



Products and training are intended for professional use only.


Crown Lab is not responsible for:


  • Incorrect application
  • Lack of skill or experience
  • Client dissatisfaction resulting from misuse






11. Limitation of Liability



To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown Lab shall not be liable for:


  • Loss of income
  • Loss of business
  • Indirect or consequential damages



Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.
